This is a fanshot video of the Dropkick Murphys performing the unofficial Boston Red Sox anthem, “Tessie.” The song came into popularity after the Sox captured the 2004 World Series, and has continued to receive repeated play at Fenway Park during Sox games. Contrary to what I said earlier (I do that a lot, don’t I?) the emphasis here is definitely on the pro-Boston and pro-Sox lyrics. I guess it’s all relative in terms of which songs work and which ones don’t. Fantastic…
